Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base for IT peripheral products. This role will focus on driving growth and expanding market reach by exploring new markets and creating tailored solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT peripherals sector.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.
•Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between business development strategies and sales goals.
•Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the IT peripherals industry.
•Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
•Work with product management and marketing teams to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
•Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet the company’s revenue goals.
•Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform the company’s business development strategies.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT peripherals or technology sector.
•Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals.
•Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to business growth.
•Knowledge of IT products, peripherals, and the technology industry.
Preferred:
•Experience in expanding into new markets or launching new products.
•Understanding of global or regional IT peripheral market trends and dynamics.
